I agree, after reading the 8k when it first came out yesterday, I didn't think it was a big deal. $225k for a SF based biotech CEO is almost a bargain. If he delivers and gets his bonuses, it's a win-win for him and us.
I will be pissed ,however, if they force a large R/S of 1/20 or more just to uplist.
