I see that even Mit67 ate his words on scumhub. He will likely be back to bashing if Baltia isn't in Phase 4 by Thursday, haha. Great news and it is about time. Very excited to see what the PPS does next week. I am also excited to see the Phase III letter on regulations.gov.

It would also be great for Baltia to post pictures of the Phase III events as they happened... Im locked and loaded with more shares than I've ever had - ready to see some green numbers again!
