Didn't you also state that Sol was a good guy after you spoke with him on the phone? He's a turd and has proven it time and again with his half-truths to support his trading agenda.

Pardon me if I don't buy into your self-professed ability to accurately read people. Gerald IS a good guy and has brought this company very far from where it was 3 years ago when he took the reigns as CEO, for $72,000 per year in salary. That certainly isn't anything to brag about living in CA.

Perhaps shareholders should demand Gerald remain at his previous $72K salary until the company has $100M in revenue, then we could vote to bump him up to $100K, and then we could wonder why the disloyal bastard left for a higher salary elsewhere.
