How would it be possible for me to prove you wrong? Yes, technically he could do a massive reverse split and achieve the stated milestone.
But do you honestly believe the board would approve such a move, or even award him the bonus if he uplifted to NASDAQ in that manner, especially after repeated public statements the company would NOT uplist if market conditions failed to properly value the company (i.e., share price still at these levels)?
I can only state my opinion that any shareholder who is genuinely worried that our CEO and board would make such a move simply to grab an incentive bonus should probably exit their position at the earliest possible opportunity.
