like I said, we didn't vote on this measure - nor did we vote on GC's eye popping $28,125/mo. salary w/ no revenues booked - not including bonus
AND this is on top of GC & JC having bonused-out close to $430,000 a few months ago....
GC - take your salary and bonus when you land $25-Mil. + upfront fee's from a 10% LymPro JV Partner (tobe added as No. 5 on your Dec. 31st Milestones)
or provide us with $1-Mil to 5-Mil. in grant funding - to take the dilutive edge off of us
