Not trying to diffuse the issue, just trying to understand what you are really upset with. Dave said its more the timing for him, and if that is the case with yourself so be it.
But if so, its a response to the current stock price and not necessarily the current state of the company. The employment agreement has 4 milestones that seem to be due at year end...less than 3 months away. All of these milestones must have some chance of hitting, and to me that says the company is in a good spot.
