Everyone was excited and happy yesterday at all the 'cheap' shares for sale. I suspect the price will have to drop a couple more cents before we once again see shareholders doing the virtual happy dance all over again. It's in the interim of waiting for new lows that skeptics get blamed for all of the manipulation.
