There is a good reason. Its currently illegal to grow and sell marijuana federally.
That said, why would he need to sell shares to fund Nevada if he was for sure teaming up with Randy Hamdan, and it appears Craig Ellins from Growlife? Thats a hell of a lot of equity that would need to be paid out if we were to acquire it. We dont even know if we are going to be coming out of the RXNB merger positively, so its way to early to say anything positive more than that things are happening that we dont know about.
I'm stressing the point that we dont know. There is a crowd that would pump on the news that Bill got a haircut. He could come out and blatantly say that he was screwing them, and they'd pump the quote while blaming a false enemy for the pps drop.
Transparency isnt in secrets. Just saying that I'd like to know what I own.
