I have no doubt that Bill Chaaban is a very personable man.
I do doubt that we shareholders are well represented though. Thats a very fair statement considering that not a single dang person here knows what we are invested in. None of us know what we own.
I do see things like Bill selling shares and setting up a holding company with Randy Hamdan, GBS Holdings (Rump Ventures + Bio One), in what appears to be a side deal with Craig Ellins (Growlife) and his new company GB Sciences Nevada.
There is a LOT that needs explaining or to be discussed with shareholders. If you value something, you dont keep them in the dark like this.
