I Think you are confusing what someone posted on a board, maybe this one, on speculation that Bill was selling shares to do that.. I do not think there is evidence to support that was his intention.
Now, what I do know is that Bill was , 'considering' Nevada, because of the laws there, and the turnover of visitors. Outside of that I don't think anything, 'concrete' was done.
He said many, many times the Laws in the U.S. need to change before he will actually do any MMJ business here. So, let us not forget that part of the story. GLTA
