No, I'm pretty sure there has to be some auxiliary/backup heat. We all know how Canadian Winters are ... But I don't think it's needed most of the time.

Also, my thinking is (never been inside, of course), that there are FusePharm containers (like M-T RR Box cars) retro-fitted for growing. These can be stacked 3-4 high. They are pretty much plug in and grow.

The advantage is any disease/mold, etc., that occurs in no way affect the entire crop at that grow station ---only those susceptible inside that one isolated container. The other big advantage is that this provides at least a second barrier/insulation wall with regard to the hot summer days/freezing winter days and nights. In fact, through my reading, the real barriers are not the cold winters, (with all the lights, etc., going on), but the hot summer days with the Late May/June/July sun overhead.

I may be completely wrong so I need some help here, but that has been my take on the operation(and secrecy) of growing MJ/MMj indoors year round.
