No one said it is underhanded...I stated it is contrary to buying back and retiring shares out of one side of their mouths and within a year issuing shares...I have no problem with the issuance I know they will use it to grow the company and not line their pockets...I am just disturbed at the seeming lack of a solid, steady plan...it creates confusion, and doubt and feeds the jackasses...which all in all kills the share price...I don't know about anyone else I am here to see the PPS rise not stagnate due to mixed signals and changing gears!!..
