The Canadian Government's Center for Addiction & Mental Health(CAMH),
has come out in favor of legalization and taxation of MJ.
Along with other events, it seems that Canada is well ahead of USA in the national legalization movement.

As most know, the liberal party has already supported legalization for next year's
election, and the current conservatives in power are considering some changes to lighten MJ possession law.
