so let me explain how conversion work... People have stock in a convert. So they sell $1000 dollars (for example) of a stock and then at the end of the day or a certain time period call in the certs to cover there sell.. they are not naked shorting as the have stock in the convert.

SO... for example.. if i have a million dollars of a convert, lets say the stock is at a dollar... If i sell the million shares at 1 i make a million dollars...

How ever if i sell 500k shares at 1 dollar and then crush the stock down to 50 cents.. I make more than a million cause my convert price is now 50cents while i have sold stock above that...

so since our stock is the lowest possible .0001. then there is no need to delay the convert so they do it same day.... No shorting just converting.
