Its likely one trader doing that. Somebody that wants to scare retail into selling into the bid at 0.0003. Looks like this trader's strategy to get 3s is failing miserably because he keeps losing all of his shares little by little. $BCAP news send this running hard in PR format on the news wires IMO ~
