I would agree with your suggestion if if was a minor misunderstanding between our company and another company. Make no mistake, this is no misunderstanding and Mack and the rest are part of a crew with a well orchestrated agenda to put Treaty out of business. They already tried once with the Involuntary Bankruptcy Petition, which luckily for us was ill-conceived, but had it been successful we wouldn't be in business today.
None of the posters on the other board have any positive interest in Treaty and they don't own shares. So, why have they been posting for the past 5- years? They are not posting to protect investors or because they are disgruntled ex-employees. The five or so on the other board have more posts between them than all of our combined posting!
Their mission is Treaty's failure, because they will profit from Treaty's failure by not having to cover non-existent shares or they work for an organization which is shorting Treaty stock.
The fact iHub allows TD to control the what is viewed on the Treaty home page and its contents, which is skewed to TD's point of view along with complete outdated information demonstrates iHub is backing them in this endeavor.
