Sometimes it is best to step away from the computer and recage the gyro so to speak.  Aside from my VXX gamble (which isn't going well), I haven't been trading.  I did watch a very good seminar on LEAPS and am seriously considering this strategy using instruments like GDX, GLD, SLV or other targeted ETF's/ETN's.  Selling calls against the long term LEAPS is a great way to recoup the time premium paid initially.
