I agree for the most part, MM's have a lot to do with it and without the license there isn't anything to stop them from selling, assuming it's all MM's. I can see officers of the company selling a few million here and there to fund operation, I'm okay with that. If they've been dumping all the restricted shares they acquired then it's a different story, I don't think anyone knows anything about that because I've searched high and low for inside selling and can find nothing!

The MM's know that most people especially inexperienced investors will sell for a loss quite easy so the game is on, if they keep driving the share price down people will sell and the same MM's will buy those cheaper shares.
