So why didn't Mark shut them up, get hte share structure and post it every week? What was the big deal in doing that? What's he got to hide? Why not hire another TA? He claims transparency but doesn't deliver. The conversation rolls downhill from there-- legitmately HE gives the right.

What's more, what's his defense about buyng shareholders out when he's done diluting & buying the bidless stock for nothing then taking it private? So many questions that shareholders are not addressing, too bad. I wouldn't point the finger at those trying to stick their neck out who have legitimate points regardless of delivery.

But, like Leonard, that has to be more fun then getting any actual work done, or questinos answered. 

Sorry but, as CEO's go (so far) the guy is a bad joke imo and has yet to deliver on promises from filings going back past 2years. Look it up.
