Keep in mind, investors, that many of you probably purchased because Mr. Bordynuik very directly misrepresented the process as being able to produce a type of fuel for under $10/bbl which he said he had offers to buy at the price of West Texas Intermediate less $3 per barrel.
While Kugel wants to blame himself and wants other investors to blame themselves, the reality is that you were defrauded with everything from media credits to the cost and price of the fuel.
As far as Kugel also blaming a "group" trying to scuttle PTOI, there is only one person to blame and that person is off having fun with millions of dollars of investors' former money.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
