my apologies ..
i'm used to most understanding my short hand
it refers to a sub tier who used to *shadow* me whose *alias* got
re-activated for the sole purpose of posting to me (less than politely) on the PTOI board *there*
a few of them haven't quite figured out that there are more than a
few eyeballs observing that board ..
