The one thing I truly don't understand is how someone who is the lead counsel in an action at law would think that participating in the very social media which is the subject of the suit is a good idea.

If I knew anything about law (and I don't) I would be concerned with the triple witching issues of Champerty, Maintenance and Barratry and how they could impact the outcome of my case.
