I think everyone who is saying a grow is going on right now, or is even ready, are about as accurate as this headline:

From Bill's style of dishing out any little announcements, I think it is wishful thinking for something like "...oh yeah, btw, first harvest done, license in hand - here is more pics of me with foreign dignitaries".
Seems to me the way to do it would be to tout that short grow cycle. There are others out there growing, and more will become licensed...maybe even with bigger facilities. But no one else is claiming that grow time frame...that seems to me the golden egg. Showing everyone the period between grow letter and submission of first sample would set the tone.
And I am also not sure if the town has to be informed if any grow whatsoever is going on at any level; so another thing to consider.
