I think the license will come sometime before January. I would take this time to stock up. We have to get this right the first time, or we will be screwed. If we are growing we are looking at least a month and a half wait for the product, and even longer for HC to test it. I think we are getting caught up in getting the license we are not look at what has to happen before we do get the license. IMO. We can look to accumulate around the mid .04's until any type of news breaks at this point.
