because they can't control the outcome >> unlike *prior* orchestrations

and with each *round* where they take PTOI *lower* on mostly bogus *volume*

they reset their own line in the sand

what are the odds by mid November that their line in the sand is sub 20c?

at the rate they are going >> i'd say pretty good

just realize they can *break* the stock (without getting one *sell*)
and all who know the OTC *drill* >> understand that

it doesn't change mgmt's ability to *update* and file material events

it does however allow more than a few of us the ability to get far more
