I believe that Baltia has an obligation to PR the news as soon as they have it in writing.

I believe that if they delayed, they would run the risk of the information slipping out somehow and someone being able to trade on that information as "insider information" - which would be a tremendous problem for whomever did that trading, Baltia, and BLTA in general.

All that being said, you can rest assured that there is absolutely no benefit what-so-ever to Baltia or Igor to sit on the information.

In other words, once Igor has the letter in writing in his left hand, his right hand will be dialing the number to put the word out to let the PR fly...........................
