Actually, I think that, although there will continue to be some very tense times ahead, Ukraine will remain Ukraine. At least most of it. My guess is that ultimately a slice of eastern Ukraine (the so-called Donbass area around Donetsk and the other towns where the current conflict is happening) will be ceded to (or grabbed by) Russia - but that will be the end of it, resulting in a situation similar to what happened to Bosnia back in the 1990's.
As far as any potential effect on CenBio's plans in Ukraine is concerned, I don't think that there will be any. I am very sure that Bill, Sam, and the rest of the team have weighed all possibilities very carefully and concluded likewise.
