only aspect *retail* controls is awareness of their risk tolerance
their DD (and it will be different for every investor based on their
own business *experience*) and of course .. whether PTOI shares
are bought/held or sold

that is it

entity controls all OTC stox .. until mgmts' can *execute* a sequence
that even those actively working against can't *malign and denigrate*
some take 10 to 15 years and do the almost always requisite R/S
b4 the ability to execute

like a few others imo this Q will be revealing (one way or the other)

i don't see the co. founder and ceo >> self funding after this Q

that leaves a few options *imo*

prox sales
taken private

i give the last >> less than 10%
i give the middle >> 65%
i give the first >> 24%

i know my risk tolerance .. it's always nice to interact with those
who do as well ..

it's going to beyond *revealing* watching just who grovels going forward
