BCAP is a micro-cap. Its barely visible with respect to news and the amount of fresh infromation that can be printed.

Honestly the best defense right now is to focus on the lack of an A/S increase (and hope that Matt doesn't wreck your credibility by filing for an increase subsequent to a fresh long campaign). I figure if there's no increase for an additional six months the issue blows itself out and the credibility of the basher is lost. Its a calculated gamble at this point.
