As for the second part, I think most people are optimists and being concerned does not preclude them from being positive about the final outcome.

Finally, I get it that you are not happy with management. You are entitled to your opinion. Nothing you have posted recently has led me to believe that you had changed it so there's no need to slip it into your post. I am more than satisfied with management and fully support them.
