When I checked there was only two 10k lots left on the ask and then a 5million came back up sometime before close by VNDM.
A lot of times this is just MMs shuffling their shares around between each other after they've been alerted to something pending.
Probably not all of it though or not even most of it. A couple more days of it is certainly a strong indication to me someone wants a lot of cheap shares soon before they become much more expensive.
