imo, as I've previously expressed in great detail and from experience, NNLX needs to at least upgrade to otc current info
to enlarge the very limited ''no info'' classification investor pool and protect the company/shareholders from future manipulations,
and discourage bashers/shorters/mm's/shorting brokers who target companies below current classification for many reasons-knowing they are sitting ducks w a limited investor pool
most will not invest in a no info co-and most big boys cannot invest in a non-sec reporting company
NNLX has been informed of these things now and thus i would expect them to at least upgrade soon
until then the basic m.o. in pennies since Sept 2009 is a downtrend,which is why these- at least below current co's- are consistently targeted by shorters
i've done a vast amount of dd over the years re these penny stocks - and carefully choose- yet everyone of the pennies on my 100 stock watchlist- just checked today - are lower than they were a year ago despite fundamental progress by many of them
its NOT logical -it IS manipulation -and companies who care about the co and stockholders-longs- need to recognize this basic m.o. of penny stocks so they can escape this manipulation cycle and get on a program that recognizes, appreciates and awards fundamentals
I spent much time over the years trying to educate penny traders re fundamentals to no avail -most penny traders dont care about fundamentals -most - from day traders, newbies, shorters, technical players etc -play everything like a promo
most penny traders dont even know how to evaluate news -its a very frustrating pool
for this and other reasons its important to upgrade /uplist to change the m.o. and increase the investor pool to one that is capable of understanding and playing the fundamentals
many longs wont like to hear this because almost everybody wants an easy instant solution- there are none- as millions of penny traders have found since sept 2009
