Does anyone have any ideas as to what the merger with RXNB will acutally entail?
I've read so many rumors that I have no idea any more.
For example:
that we may be getting a new ticker (something I am not in favor of);
that RXNB would own a majority of site two or something to that effect;
that we may have to do a reverse split to get the price of the new ticker up to where
we can up-list to a higher exchange (also not in favor of this);
and that the newly merged company would be required to appoint a new board of directors.
All rumors, of courseā¦furthermore, if the two companies are merged in one entity, what
difference does it make who owns what?
OTC or Picon?? Anyone?
