agree with that, before we saw the TDA put  faked DTCC limit on ICPA, now my broker-- QUESTRADE --the No 1 online brokerage in Canada  also put a kind of faked DTC on this, although I can buy ICPA, but I have to call them in stead of putting online orders , and they charge 45$ for the desk order by them , and charge $450 as soon as  the order goes through, they do this just to  keep them shorting  ICPA at us investors' risk, we should ask SEC to help us to curb  this kind of shameless shorting ( I mean they can still short but they must take their own risk) and  get SEC clear out the rumor of faked DTCC...
