Sorry, I do not think EWSI is a scam. Martie is increasing the shares to build the business, which is what he said needed to be done in the first place. He specifically states this in the 8-K: "This action was deemed necessary to help support the Company’s growth initiatives."

One either believes he will come through or one does not. I choose to think he will.

Not sure why he is keeping everything hush hush though. JMO
