If they don't clear the Nations acquisition up in filings and/or begin to answer
questions, it won't be long before the SEC begins to make phone calls of their
own.

By now I am sure someone has reported the press release announcing the
acquisition and then submitted a link to the recent filings that shows no actual
acquisition took place.
