silver is up dramatically by 55 cents to 17.09 -totally manipulated market imo

re clf - 1st time i saw it was ca 85 and analysts were predicting 125 -now only ca 8.29 -they've had other problems including coal etc which is hurting due to env problems/climate

but hey the economy is improving if u believe the govt
