If Treaty successfully negotiates a partnership with the undisclosed "Privco" and their water treatment system creates demand/sales, how hard could it be to obtain financing? As a matter of fact, if anything in Treaty's last press release comes to fruition and a steady revenue stream results, what do you think will happen to Treaty's stock price? How difficult will it be to repay any judgement against Treaty?

I still can't get over "New World Oil" going from about $.60 to over $14.00 and back down to about $.65 yet they haven't produced a drop of oil! We have produced oil. We just don't have a steady revenue stream to build on.

Watch what happens to Treaty's stock price, if any of the items in Treaty's last PR come to fruition! It will rival the stock price phenomenon which happened to New World Oil! In my opinion of course.
