Hang on to your hats boys and girls. The next couple of weeks are going to make or break your investment. The bashers have reached the end of their game plan. Is capitulation in the works or will the company survive the latest?
Continuous bashing of the company has brought the share price below a penny and kept it there. If a company had a business plan that included some dilution but at a predicted price but the price was never achieved the company would need to dilute much more than predicted. The bashers by the unrelenting bashing have achieved their goal. The company has now raised the authorized share number. Investors seeing this are hitting the exit further reducing the share price. We stand at the edge of a death spiral. Why would someone continuously bash the company? Some have said they are shorting the stock but would it be more profitable to let the share price raise then short? The bashing has been continuous. What if someone had a lawsuit pending? Would it not be easier to win a lawsuit against a struggling company than a robust one? One that could afford to defend itself.
The next couple of weeks are crucial to the investors. Lower stock prices means the have to issue more shares to achieve the same dollar amount. If the company needed 100,000 dollars they have to issue twice as many shares at .005 than .01. If the price keeps dropping more, more shares will be issued thus the spiral downward.
What could turn it around? Another robust contract for national distribution? Very and I mean very good financial statement that is pending?
