Are we in for the old Einstein theory of stupidity? Ya know, repeating the same actions, expecting different results?

Or... Is it different this time? and why?

From my experience here, as an SCRC shareholder, I expect nothing different than what has previously transpired following similar news. (and THAT's significant, after considering my level of stupidity)
