Although I live in NY, and on long island. I am about 1.5 hours drive east of JFK airport. I have to work the evening of the shareholders meeting, and I don't believe I can get out early or take the day off. I am hoping one or more of my Baltia family will hook me up with notes on the meeting slightly greater, than board posts of the meeting that will surely follow.

If anyone is interested in helping me out, please give me a holler on a private tell. It is important to me, but again unfortunately I am unable to get out of my library work that evening, short of calling in sick, and I just don't pretend to be sick when I am not.
