I made this post today to KayMeyer on the TEVE IHUB board. It was not responded to but was removed by IHUB Administration.

Will IHUB be a party to the suit? Do you have their approval to solicit clients? I would think there would be a conflict with your being a moderator on one hand and lead counsel on the other. Are you considered to be part of IHUB administration?
