We don't know what HQ needs are. We obviously need to get a shipment here to the states. MBerg is right as the math doesn't add up as we stretched that single container of 1383 cases to its limit to cover payroll and expenses.
My thoughts:
- We just scored a check from Brazil (if it shipped - still no proof! ) HQ seem like want to raise more money. To buy containers? or just to line pockets. we shall see.
- The idea of a dividend again or bonus shares IMO is a bad idea because they are not on solid ground. I expect a negative overall revenue on this report when compared to actual costs.
- Margrit has avoided the dilution question all year and needs to address this. She has broken her MoneyTV promises about not diluting.
- Bad timing to introduce panic & fear into the PPS right before fins are released. They don't think about the effect of their actions on us.
- There is now formal complaint with FINRA about contracts validity and this week FINRA will get involved. Should not a problem right? because they were already approved by them.. but yes FINRA has been notified by other traders with legal.
- HQ better have a good PR on Monday or this will tank IMO.
