Risk reward looks great for the near term future. What looks even more astonishing is the BB (Bollinger Bands) keep tightening up. Holding this .09-.10 level for this length of time is a very good thing when some positive news is released. I still have .20 marked by year end and some serious lift come early next year. SCRC is a steal of a deal right here at .09.
