Crookedneck: Many thanks for your sparkling and inquiring post. I believe your perspective on why the stock price is having difficulty in showing its intrinsic strength is exactly right. Naturally, the obverse to that is that it has created a great opportunity for those who can grasp it.
Turning for a moment to NRTI, which likewise took a steep tumble for no good reason – that is beginning to recover from a kind of 'emotional capitulation' situation. I would sum up the framework to these two similar situations by saying that OTC stocks need to seem and to be squeaky clean, but then if enough shareholders fail to do their DD adequately, even that may not be enough, because the negative propaganda and the disinformation machines may kick up a deafening barrage, so creating a din and a cacophony that make it difficult to distinguish the true from the false, unless an investor is sharp-witted.
