this one time i will go against phil, like playing poker hes a good player, but say e-trade way better, i used to be at td, then moved, one thing e-trade allows me to do is one buy anything i want, two allows you to pick what lotts i want to sell, can by pass the first in first out, this is huge, because i will buy shares and sell of my worst lotts for tax reasons, then do it again every 31 days, its a way to capitolize on being in the red, and yes e-trade has L2 as well,
