this last recent record rains in the area occurred sept 29 - just 2 days prior to the mine visit - w some parts of SE AZ getting 6 '' of rain - 1 of those storms coming in a path similar to hurricane simon

unfortunately its far harder to search for anything other than violence in Mexico -a 4th world country
