I believe they have a strong workable business plan, that seems to be moving forward, in an industry that can be very lucrative. OS is high, which is a negative , but Milan has experience in financing that is non toxic so maybe any profits will reduce shares. In any case if they find a way to pay the Certs we all will go green no matter what the PPS is. At that point we can just sit and wait and see.
