The lawsuit mongering has been going on for over a year by Seamm. The persistence of it leads me to believe there is some competition play at work here but I doubt it's Carnival or anyone like that. It's probably just Seam competing for a spot in port of palm beach, the Bahamas or somewhere PV is playing for, maybe he's been trying to get his slew of seedy friends to invest in him but has to try to keep PV from getting a foothold in those places or maybe Seaass is just the pathetic idiot we all think he is and he is doing this by himself but either way I wouldn't worry about anything he has to say.
If by chance these lawsuits were all real and they all went the wrong way for PV I still think Saha has it covered. Negotiations wouldn't have gone this far if he didn't. Financiers I'm sure know all the details by now, in this day and age these things are not secrets to anyone. 500k worth of lawsuits are small in comparison to the 70 million a year investors may believe this company can make anyway.
I believe PV's persistence will win out in the end. I have my money on it anyway.
