If site 1 is currently zoned agricultural and we could be considered lawful non-conforming at this point, I don't see where any zoning amendment would hurt us. If it comes down to the current 5 employee limit, I really don't see that as being an immediate impact to our operations (assuming 5 employees on each shift) - how many employees do we really need to process MMJ right now (processing assumed to be pick/pack/ship)?

I would think that any zoning amendments that are supportive of CEN operations would be considered something to apply for. Otherwise, just remain behind the cloak of lawful non-conforming for the time being.
